Shop Page Help

On my shop page I have space for 4 listings per column, but only 3 appear. My shortcode reads this:
[product_category category=”shop-all” per_page=”24″]
2 problems:
1 – How do I get 4 listings per column?
2 – How can I get 24 images per page?I have maintanance up right now. I can send a screenshot to an email if provided.
