shop page images display is erratic, gallery then column, need gallery help!

I think, I have the same problem with https://www.lejdirekte.dk/ – It changed when I updated WooCommerce. Did you update WooCommerce, when it happened?

The error shows that i-craft is not compatible with the new version of WooCommerce ??

Same issue here with recently updated WC
WooCommerce version: 3.6.1
WordPress version: 5.1.1
I-Craft Version: 3.2.2

Yes I did upgrade the woocommerce but I had also changed over the wordpress specific hosting package. I searched everywhere to find a page that would allow me to alter the page to show gallery thumbnails but couldn’t find anything.

Pretty sure I had it on there before but its either gone or hidden now.

I found the old version of WooCommerce (version 3.5.7) and now the site is working again.

This is bad support for the Free theme. They want to sell the paid theme, so have to wait days to update the BD and Frre files. But if it is to pay almost U $ for poor support, better buy the Flatsome theme which is support and immediate upgrade when woocommerce or WP update

I was able to fix the page to look neater but its not what I wanted. Icraft gives the option to display both categories & products but this part is NOT working.

I am also not able to display my products in a gallery layout it is only showing list format now.

Again, not what I wanted it to look like.

No idea if this will be part of the update…not sure who is even supposed to update these features…WooCommerce? Icraft?

So frustrating for a novice.

only change with the following step:
1) Go to the Plugins> Woocomerce> Templates> folder and download the file “content-product.php”
2) With this file, go to the Themes folder> I-Craft> Woocommerce> and replace the “content-product.php” file that you downloaded. Simple. I made it here and it worked, site 100%

Just updated the theme.
Do clean your browser cache.
