Shop page issue

  • My shop page won’t show properly. The product image, title, add to cart button, and price show. However, there is no background to the “shop”. Also, the sidebar will not disappear when I change it in the settings and hit save. It still shows up and it’s on the bottom of the page, not on the side. Can someone please help me? THANK YOU!

  • It sounds like a theme issue, can be fixed by some css customizations.

    If you can provide any URL for your website, it will be much more useful to see what is going on.

    Hi ManusH! THANK YOU! I thought so! My website is musicednow.com. It’s in process! LOL.

    As I said before, it seems to be a theme issue.
    Your sidebar is located outside of the “container” div, the “content” div is inside the container.

    That is why sidebar is displayed after that container div, under it.

    The sidebar has to be inside the “container” div;
    “content” floating in one side, “sidebar” on the other.

    Maybe the WP-Creativix theme developer can suggest a fix?
