  • I have the same concern as qwertyjjj with an extra twist.

My page layout changes for the shop (moving everything to the far left – almost off the screen) and the sidebar that’s usually on the right hand side, moves below my footer. All other pages on the site seems to be functioning. And when I detach the page from WooCommerce it functions normally.

I have a soft launch in 2 days, and I’m behind on adding content – this little snag is just adding to the fun! Your help would make my day! Thanks.

I have exactly this problem! does anyone out there know a solution? I am really new to wordpress and woocommerce. I use artisteer to create a template that’s working fine and have managed to sort the side bar issue but cannot work out a way to get the page margin working on the shop pages.

I’ve discovered that mine is related to the attributes of my theme (elegant themes). Hope you can find a quick solution for your soon

Loralee_H, I have the same problem as you and kelimb. What exactly did you change to solve the problem? I’m aware that every theme is different but if you could provide more insight then maybe I can resolve the issue as well.

Tsturdivant, I wasn’t able to resolve it at all. The theme developer has no plans to make it compatible with my theme, so I’ll be installing another shopping cart (haven’t decided which one yet), but I’ll probably check out wp estore next. Do you want me to take a look at yours & see if I can spot anything? happy to help if I can.

    Thanks for the reply Loralee_H!

In the admin I just noticed a couple of errors while trying to create a product.

    Review Configuration Error:
Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /home/user/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 927

    Short Description Error:
Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /home/user/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 927

I’m checking out another cart as we speak (Ready! Ecommerce). Maybe I’ll give it a try instead.

    Thanks for your time!
