• Hi,

I have a problem with List view layout on shop page, that I want to customize with Elementor.

When I press the List view button on regular product category page (not set as a template in Elementor), the list is in one wide column – default OceanWP List view layout (image on the left side, description on the right side). But when I set the Shop page (or any page with product archive) as Elementor template, the List view layout changes to 3 columns, which is not good because the description is too cramped and high.

I suppose there is some code from Elementor, that changes this default behavior in OceanWP. I would like to have the default OceanWP List view layout on every product archive page.

Does anyone have an experience with this?
I would be very happy for any suggestions, thank you in advance!

    Marco

  • Hello,

Can you kindly share your site link so that I can check it? Also, try to disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict.

Hello Amit, thank you for you reply.

The ecommerce site is not ready yet, so I cannot share it publicly. Is there any way I can send you an address privately, so you can check it?

As for the plugins – I tried switching them on/off, but its sure now the problem comes from a conflict between OceanWP and Elementor (Elementor support confirmed this). They know about this problem, but they will iplement it in one of the next fix releases.

    Thank you
