It looks like the bottlenecks are happening on the WC_Widget_Layered_Nav->get_filtered_term_product_counts

I removed the filter by price widget and the speed increased by around 10 seconds from 27 to 17.

Already ran a db cleanup when this first started.

Hmm thats just an extra WP_Query. Does not look too resource intensive. Did query monitor give you stats on it in your case? Perhaps it could be transient cached, but that would need to be per different query/request.
