Shop page loads home page instead

    I am using Padma Unlimited to build my site.
    I have the WooCommerce plugins installed and all correctly configured (i.e. to Stripe and PayPal payment gateways and to WooCommerce account).
    I have created a page in Padma for the Shop page, but when I load it in the browser, it loads my home page instead… yet, in Padma, everything is set up for the shop page?

    I checked your homepage and it seems to be loading your shop page. Could you have resolved the issue?

    Thanks for checking, but I don’t see any change?
    I think you looked at the wrong page – so the home page is loading fine, its the shop page that isn’t loading properly – instead it is mirroring the home page.
    I did provide the link to the shop page:

    I’ve taken another look myself, and it is still showing the home page content.

    Thank you for your clarification!

    Could you check the setting for your catalog visibility? Go to Products-> all products and edit one of the products. On the right column check for the catalog visibility section and ensure the product is not hidden (https://snipboard.io/a9LX4w.jpg).

    If this does not help, I would suggest doing a plugin and theme conflict test:

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
