Shop page products do not link to their respective product pages

I recently started working for a new client and have fixed many residing issues with the site, however one that I cannot seem to find the solution for is that all the products in the shop archive page do not link to their respective product page. The product title just turns red on hover but does not redirect on click. I suspect that some php code might be missing as this happened before with a different plugin during an update. I have tried comparing the woocommerce files to their respective git version to try to find any missing code but I have not manages. Maybe I am overcomplicating it. Any help appriciated. The products can be added to the cart but I also want them to redirect to the product page should the customer click the title instead of the cart icon. Here is the page that has the issue:
