Shop page redirecting to home page

in addition, when i VIEW /cart or my-account page, the page SHOWS with the shortcode and nothing else. so though the plugin is active, it appears the front end isn’t is not working at all.

Might be a template problem, using a theme modified and added
line 19 <?php woocommerce_content(); ?>

but get

Fatal error: Call to undefined function woocommerce_content() in //public_html/wp-content/themes/Nova/woocommerce.php on line 19

We use something called Plugin Organizer that can trim down wordpress by activating/deactivating plugins on a page by page basis. Acccidently had woocommerce set to off for the shop page.

Not sure if that would be your issue. Have you checked your permalinks?

Thanks for replying. I found that my issue was canonical. In the settings panel I needed to have https://www.dominname.com instead of https://domainname.com.

jpurperpa, did you resolve this issue? I am having the same problem with my product pages always redirects to the home page.

Nevermind…. found my issue. Had another plugin that was also trying to use the same slug (products). Just changed it and it worked.
