Shop page redirects to homepage – I tried many ways- unable to fix issue

    Hello all,

    My shop page, redirects to a funny address
    (https://recorreba.com/?redirect_to=%2Ftienda%2F) which ends up in homepage`(recorreba.com)

    “Tienda” should be visible to all public as it displays my products. No visitor is allowed to view it. However I can see it from dashboard as administrator
    Also no logged in users can see it. (My website is a membership website where I sell restricted content : Woocommerce – Simple Products – Downloadable + Virtual. So there are a number of membership roles with different page accesses. I′m adding this info in case it is important)

    I have read the forum and I have tried every tip I found in it unfortunately with no good results. None of them helped me fix the issue

    I updated permalinks
    I modified permalinks
    modified slug
    modified shop-page Title (as this did not make any effect, I turned it back to its original)
    I modified page template from “theme” to “default”`(now it is back to “theme”
    I even tried changing my GeneratePress theme to Twenty Seventeen

    Unfortunately the issue persists

    Hi @aflorarte,

    I also tried to visit the shop page and got redirected. As you’ve done a few tests with the permalinks and the shop page, you’ll want to try doing a conflict test to see if your theme or one of your plugins might be causing the issue.

    Hello and thank you so much for your help!!!

    Yes, it was a plugins issue. I could finally solve the problem changing “Members Access Controls” settings

    If you could just watch at your end to replicate and confirm that you too are now able to access https://recorreba.com/tienda/ without issues , and that you can view the 4 products as they are displaying in 2 rows that will be fantastic!!

    Great! I’m glad you were able to locate the culprit that was causing this behavior on your site.
