Thanks, I knew that there were no short-codes. The big question is why, but I don’t really care as long as I got it working, and I do now.

It could be due to multiple reasons. A conflict with another theme or plugin could be the culprit. Please keep an eye and check if anything changes back.

The error log you sent shows an issue with the Woocommerce QuickBooks Connector plugin; it would be a good idea to check that error with their support team.
