Shop product grid – missing products on last row

    I seem to have an issue with the shop product grid missing products on the last row.

    I’ve set my product page grid to 4x columns, 3x rows and a max of 12products (I have some 900 products). I’m using

    However, I’m finding that the grid isn’t filling out with 12 products as I click through the product pages. Page1 will show 4x product on row 1 and 2, but only 1x product on row 3. Page 2 shows 4x products on row 1 and 2, but 3x products on row 3. I go to page 5 and it has 4x products on all rows.

    I’ve tried changing the rows and columns to 3x and then back to 4x, updating to the latest version of the theme, reaching out to the theme developer, setting the theme back to the default theme, disabling all plugins, reducing the product thumbnail width and thumbnail cropping, clearing site cache, regenerating shop thumbnails. But not change.

    Has anyone seen this type of grid issue before?

    To check the issue and site’s setup much better, please provide the following information:

    ** A copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    ** Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Here is the latest fatal error log from the 15th of March 2022. There is fatal error reports from the 8th, 7th and 6th of March too, did you want those?

    I added that code using the snippets plugin and set to run everywhere then cleared the cache, but same issue. Should I add to functions.php instead?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    I found you are using FacetWP on the site, and it’s overriding the default template right now.

    Can you please try to disable the plugin and see if it helps?

    If it doesn’t I’ll recommend disabling all the plugins and switching to a default theme like Storefront and see if it resolves this.

    Hi sorry for the slow update. I can confirm we have fixed the issue. We found the website was set to not show products that were out of stock. Woocommerce only hides them in frontend, these products still were added to product query. Once we removed them from the query, the issue was resolved.
