Shop shown to Facebook page owner only

    Hi, I am facing a weird thing. I can see both he shop tab and the catalog on Facebook (I am a page admin), but the shop tab and thus the catalog are invisible to other users.

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

    When setting your shop up for the first time, it does need to go through an approval process with Facebook before going live to the general public.

    Would you please tell me a little bit more about the steps you’ve already taken to set this up and where you are seeing this issue?

    I’d also like to note that we’ve recently (yesterday!) released our latest major update to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin – version 2.0. It has been revamped to be more reliable, faster, and eaier to use.

    Would you please update to this latest version and see if you still experience this?
