Shop Sorting Issue: low-high

I have an issue with the default sorting on the Shop archive.

There is a discrepency with some product variations which means when I am sorting by low-high, some values are not correctly placed. You can see in my screenshot below, the order is not correct.

I have deactivated all plugins, scripts and turned to Storefront theme. Yet i face the same issues. I have also tried clearing WooCommerce transients, expired transients, and regenerating the product lookup table. There’s no improvement.
