Shop Visibility doesn’t work

I am having problems with the woocommerce visibility page. When I try to change the visibility status, I find that the page is empty and I can’t change the status of the shop.

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins and seeing if any had compatibility issues, changing themes, reinstalling and it hasn’t worked.

This is also happening to me with the plugin stripe for woocommerce, which does not allow me to modify anything.
