Shop worker role

I’ve tried all the different dashboard role plugins that are out there, to try disabling the Woocommerce Setting page access for a basic shop worker role, without any success. My client has Shop Manager role which he’s satisfied with. But he requires a Staff worker account for his staff where, staff would only have access to order’s page to handle shipment and communication with customers and nothing else. A simple Staff role shouldn’t have access to Woocommerce settings, that’s very high-risk as they could accidentally/intentionally break the woocommerce functionality. I’m sure I’m not the only one asking for this feature. None of the plugins out there do that. It’s a very important feature any advise would be very much appreciated, if I can’t solve this then I have to change to a different ecommerce plugin. I really don’t want to that because Woocommerce is a great plugin with a lot of good features.
