Shopengine doesnt work with variants products only

    Hello Support

    When i have created all the templates, it just show that i dont have a single product to show. Which i dont have, since all my products are variants products. Does this mean that i cannot use shopengine? Even though that you writed in another ticket for 12 month ago, that you are working on this :-/

    Hi @mhs2021dk,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I can understand the issue you are having with. To create a template in ShopEngine, at least one product needs to be a Simple Type Product. Currently, the Simple type product is allowed to load in Elementor editor so that you can customize that product as per your needs. So, just create a Simple Type Product by following this screenshot. You can keep that product in Draft also if you don’t want to display that product. The same layout will be displayed for each type of product you have in your shop. In this way, the message will not appear and you will be able to use ShopEngine plugin.

    But, please be informed that the dev team is working on adding support for other types of products on the editor. I Hope, it will be ready for the production soon.
