    Hello,
I am using elementor and shopengine. Everything works great, the only problem is that the pages are not responsive, they go into the menu when viewing from a phone for example. I adjusted the padding but that’s not really a sustainable fix. The same happens for the shopping cart page and all other pages. (note: only login is visible because I restricted the login so he shopping cart is only visible when the customer is approved)
I researched the topic but can’t find a similar question.
    Looking forward to your answer.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear @randomusername123 ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I have inspected your website and registered an account. However, I couldn’t log in because the registration was on pending status. Check this screenshot for clarification: https://d.pr/i/GveiDQ. Additionally, I didn’t find the Shop, Cart, and Checkout pages.

Please share a video demonstrating your issues so that we can understand the problem properly and help you find a solution as soon as possible. Also, share the URLs of the pages where the issues are occurring. Your patience and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Reju

    Dear Reju,
thank you for your answer. I accepted your login and you should be able to see the cart and other pages. So my problem is very simple, if I hit for example the inspect tool or just change the size of the window, the cart goes into the menu. The same happens for login and my account page.

    Dear @randomusername123,

I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for approving my registration. I have inspected the issue and, based on my findings, I recommend running a conflict test on your site to identify the root cause of the problem (please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps).

    • Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one. Also, disable your custom CSS codes.
    • Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
    • If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WooCommerce, ShopEngine, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

    Best Regards,
    Reju
