    Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out for help with an issue I’m experiencing on my WooCommerce store (https://spiritodyssey.org/store/).

After recently updating my WordPress version, the visual elements on my shop pages seem to be broken. Instead of the intended design, I’m seeing raw code displayed. Additionally, I’m unable to edit these pages in Elementor unless I enter Safe Mode. This leads me to believe the ShopEngine plugin might be conflicting with the updated WordPress version.

Everything functioned properly before the update, so I’m hoping to find a solution to restore the visual elements and regain normal editing functionality in Elementor.

    Elementor version: 3.21.8

    ShopEngine version: 4.6.5

    WordPress version: 6.5.4

    thanks,

    zedek

    Hi @0zedek0 ,

    Greetings! Hope you are well.

We received your ticket regarding the same issue and have replied from our support forum accordingly. I’ve also checked your site and noticed that the Elementor Image and Heading widget codes are present on your Store page [screenshot].

To ensure everything functions correctly, please follow these steps:

    1. Update All Plugins and WordPress:
      • Make sure that all your plugins, including Elementor, WooCommerce, and ShopEngine, are updated to their latest versions.
      • Also, ensure that your WordPress installation is up to date.
    2. Enable ShopEngine Templates, Widgets, and Modules:
      • Go to ShopEngine > Builder Templates and verify that all relevant templates are enabled.
      • Ensure that all the widgets and modules you need are activated.

    Regards
