Shopify iframe in admin not loading

  • When going to the settings page of the Shopify plugin or when attempting to add products to the WYSIWYG via the button, I am getting an error with the iframe that attempts to load: “widgets.shopifyapps.comundefined’s server DNS address could not be found.” I am unable to login to my Shopify account to use the plugin. This is when I am using Chrome. I am not encountering the issue in Firefox.

    Hi Jon,
    Our team ran some tests on our end and were unable to replicate the problem.

    One recommendation is that you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your Shopify account and also check if there could be some specific Chrome extensions that could be causing issues with the script.
