Shopify Product not showing on WP page

I downloaded and activated the WP Shopify Plugin and I managed to show on my website pages my product collections and the products of each collection on a page each.

For 2 out of 3 collections, I managed to show the related products on the specific pages using the shortcode for showing collection products [wps_collections title=”XXXX” single=”true” excludes=”image, title, description”], but for one product, which is the only physical product, when I load the page a square starts to show and then immediately disappears. I also tried to use the shortcode that shows specific products [wps_products product_id=”XXX”] and still the same problem.

I do not understand what is happening since I used the exact same procedure that I used for the products from the 2 other collections.

Can someone help me?
