ShopIsle: create pages that display as “Shop” page

When Clicking “Shop” (renamed to “Browse All Canvases”), the user is taken to a page that displays all products. When viewing a product, and it is in a category, you can see the directory information above the product image as, “Home/[ProductCategory]/[ProductName]”. If a user clicks the [Category] in that directory, they are taken to that category and the page renders just as the “Shop” page renders – but only showing that category. I want to create a page called, “Category1” and have it either link to or display as that page does.

Maybe I’m making this harder than I need to, or have been staring at this too long, but I can’t find a way to do this.

Here are my URLs…

Let’s say I click on Candy Cane Santa, my URL becomes…

https://heidiprint.com/product/candy-cane-santa/ and above the product image is: “Home / Christmas / Candy Cane Santa” and if I click on “Christmas”, I’m taken to a beautiful page that shows all Christmas category items rendered just as they would on the “Shop” page.

I can’t seem to find a way to take my users DIRECTLY to the “Christmas” category.

If I try to create a page with no parent called, “Christmas” and edit the URL to “heidiprint.com/product-category/christmas” the forward slash is removed as I click OK, effectively preventing me from creating such a link.

If I try to do the same thing but make “Shop” the parent page, then “shop” is permanently added to the URL and I once again cannot edit the link to go to the directory I’m wanting. The page is blank and my only option is to crudely list images and links one on top of another. It looks terrible.

How in the world can I “access” that /product-category/christmas URL so that a user can directly click on “Christmas” and be taken to that URL?

I really appreciate any help, if I’ve not made myself clear I’ll clarify. Thank you.
