So we are a tour agency. We have multiple tours (products) that are categorized on our Tour Manager (A, B, C, D)

If a person ordered a tour that will be guided by B, we set up where it will send a personalized email to the customer from B tour guide.

After march 25, it broke…. if a person ordered a tour, he will receive email from A, B, C, D…. whereas it should be “B”. Any fixes on this? It is really annoying where customer would reach out to us and asked why he is getting from A, B, C, D tour guides. We had to put all automations on draft mode.

    Solved by downgrading to 3.0.8.

    Hi @chaosproz

Another way to solve this issue would be to upgrade ShopMagic to the latest 3.0.13 release. Our customers have confirmed that it restores correct state of ShopMagic.

We are deeply sorry for the troubles that the bug caused.

    Best regards,
    Bartek
