ShopManager cannot import user role

    Hello,

    Hope you are doing well.

    We are using your plugin to import users with an existing user role, we are changing from subscriber to pro.

    When the administrator uploads the Excel file, it uploads correctly and user roles are correctly assigned.

    However, when the shop manager uploads the same Excel file, the role is not updated from subscriber to PRO.

    Please let us know why this is happening and help us.

    We have developed a code snippet for this requirement. Please copy the snippet from here and replace “customrole” in the snippet with your desired custom role name “pro”.

    Thank you for your reply.

    We have checked, and this code was actually already added earlier. And it was working correctly.

    However now, we see that only administrators are able to update customer roles.
    Can you please assist and help.
