Shopp plugin, can't upload product images.

    Dear WordPress-users

    I have a question about the Shopp plugin.
    I can not upload product images.

    The plugin displays the message:
    The file Could not be saved Because The web server does not have permission to read the upload from the server’s temporary directory.

    What am I doing wrong?
    What is the server’s temporary directory?

    Are you able to upload images using the media library? If so, you may need some specific setup/config for Shopp – which I believe will store product images in the database by default.

    If the problem is just with using Shopp, as it is a commercial plugin, you need to ask on their support forum.

    I can upload, just not with the Shopp plugin.
    So I ask them for help.
