    Hello, I’m looking for help with shipping.

    I saw that there’s a preset option for this as described here
    https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/

    It doesn’t seem to be working for us, because we have the Use My Shipper plugin and Octolize’s live rate plugins.

    How can I setup the shipping settings manually? Right now our feed looks like this:

    <g:shipping>

    <g:country>US</g:country>

    <g:service>United States (US) Use my shipping account US</g:service>

    <g:price>USD</g:price>

    </g:shipping>

    <g:shipping>

    <g:country>US</g:country>

    <g:service>United States (US) FedEx US</g:service>

    <g:price>USD</g:price>

    </g:shipping>

    <g:shipping>

    <g:country>US</g:country>

    <g:service>United States (US) UPS Live Rates US</g:service>

    <g:price>USD</g:price>

    </g:shipping>

  • Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Unfortunately we do not support the shipping plugin you are using (My Shipper), as a result the shipping prices in your feed are empty.

    Would it be an option for you to directly add your shipping costs to your Google Merchant Center instead of adding them to your feed?

    Thanks. I tried adding the shipping costs to Google merchant center but I’m not sure if I did it correctly. I’ve been reaching out to their support as well. For a while, the shipping seemed to be working fine, but then I started getting a missing shipping attribute error.

    I wasn’t sure if there was a way I could manually add all of the country, service, etc. sub attributes.

    When you added shipping costs to Google’s Merchant Center than make sure you are not also adding them to your feed.

    The second part of this blog post explains how you can add shipping costs directly to your Google Merchant Center: https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/

    Hope this helps?

    Thanks so much. I removed the shipping parameter, and the products are approved again.

    I left the shipping_label on the products. Is this correct?

    Google Merchant Center now says, “None of your products have delivery times.” Is this something I should add through the plugin or in Merchant Center?

    Hi,

    Perfect, good to hear your products are approved again.

    Yes, you should indeed leave the shipping label field mapping in.

    This Google help page shows how you can add delivery times in your Google Merchant Center: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7409926?hl=en

    Hope this helps?

    Hi,

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our help is no longer needed I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons. Do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our support.
