    So, this guide is really nice and all, but step four just kind of glosses over the only thing I don’t already know how to do. It says “You simply add labels for all the checkout-funnel tags that you have in your eCommerce tracking code. These tags must be included in the ecommerce.js plugin.”

    I don’t even know what that means. It’s not “simply” at all. Where do I add these tags? I’m using the Enhanced Ecommerce for Woocommerce plugin, but it’s not letting me see shopping behavior, and there’s nowhere to add tags or change any of the code. I’m not even sure the plugin is doing anything for me different from the normal Google Analytics for Woocommerce plugin.

    Every tutorial I’ve found for enhanced ecommerce glosses over the tagging process. How do I do it?

    Hi,

    Follow the steps mentioned below to label your check out steps:

    • Log in to Your Google Analytics Account as Admin
    • Visit Admin > View > E-commerce Settings
    • Click on Enable Enhanced Ecommerce
    • Add meaningful labels to your checkout steps. We recommend you to label as, Step 1 : Checkout View; Step 2 : Login; Step 3 : Proceed to payment

    Hope the above steps help you label your check out steps.

    Please feel free to get in touch for more help or more information.

    Thanks,

    If my shopping flow doesn’t follow that pattern, what can I do to change those labels?

    To be exact, I need the page https://www.l4sb.com/limited-engagement-agreement/ to be between shopping cart and checkout on the report. I have it in the analytics E-commerce settings, but the checkout behavior page shows no conversions from cart to agreement, even though it also shows zero dropoffs.

    Here’s a shot of the analytics page with the issue.

    Thank you for sharing URL with us.

    Our plugin is designed to track default woocommerce checkout page. Since you have a customize -limited engagement page – https://www.l4sb.com/limited-engagement-agreement/, our plugin won’t be able to track.

    Additionally, based on your checkout pages, we recommend you the following labels:

    • Step 1 : Checkout View;
    • Step 2 : Billing View;
    • Step 3 : Proceed to payment

    Hope this helps.

    Does anyone know how I can track this page, even if it’s not with the plugin? What code do I put there?
