Shopping Cart Alignment issue

I cannot seam to make the ‘Add to Cart’ button to align center. No matter how I compose the page it always appears on a new line and floats left and there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do to change it.

I want to the add to cart button to be on the same line as the description of each item, not on the line below.
