Shopping Cart and/or Payment Gateway plugin to pay QuickBooks Desktop invoices

Can anyone recommend a shopping cart and/or payment gateway plugin that syncs with QuickBooks Desktop to allow customers to pay existing invoices?

We use QuickBooks Merchant Services, so using that as a payment gateway would be ideal. So far, I have not been able to find any solution for a customer paying an invoice online that they received in the mail.
