Then once approved you can invoice them.

You can also use a payment gateway like paypal advanced I believe and set it to “authorise” not to “payment”. The customer credit card should then be authorised but not actually debited until you decide whether you are in a position to fulfil the order. Not used it myself yet but planning to shortly.

Thanks a lot for the response, guy. But the problem is that PayPal is not supported in my country and I’m not able to use it!
