Shopping cart & checkout: net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden)

    Good day,

    the DHL plugin tries to include a “picture” on the shopping cart page and checkout page. Probably a kind of tracking pixel. This not only looks nice, but raises 2 error messages. Ask for feedback on how to fix this (without css display none).
