    There is no way to contact the creator of the plugin so I try this way.

    The shopping cart keeps reloading due to the following:

    ”I have checked your site with a different theme: Clarity.js keeps loading even with the different theme active.”

    Do you guys have any solution to fix this? Or how I can get contact true the maker of the plugin?

    Have you tried temporarily removing Microsoft Clarity from your GTM container?

    Dear Thomas,

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    To clarify, we do not use Microsoft Clarity. The issue with the shopping cart refresh started after we updated our webshop. We employ Smartlook and Smartsupp chat loaded through Tag Manager. Could this be a potential cause of the problem?

    I would appreciate any suggestions or guidance you can provide to resolve this issue.
