Shopping Cart keeps empty since update to WC 3.2.x

    Hi,

    since update from WooCommerce 3.1.2 to version 3.2.x i am having problems with the shopping cart. If i want to add a product into the cart the website says “Your shopping cart is empty”.

    The problem occurs after the update to 3.2.x. With version 3.1.2. everything works fine. There is no Theme dependency as i have tried it with Enfold as well as with the Twenty Sixteen Standard Theme.

    The inspector shows your cart page is unsetting the cart cookies. Have you looked into whether or not this page is being cached? Have you ruled out plugin conflicts?

    Hi Mike,

    I appreciate your reply on this. I am using WP Rocket, but WooCommerce Sites are not being cached from this plugin. I also disabled the Caching Plugin and other Plugins too but i couldn’t find the reason for the issue.

    Did you anything change with the cookies on WC 3.2.x version?

    I am a bit lost, because i have nothing changed on my end, even not on the web-server configuration.

    Not to my knowledge. We’re not seeing issues on woocommerce.com either and it’s running 3.2.

    Is there server side caching e.g. varnish?

    My hosting provider just confirmed there is no server side caching (like varnish) installed.

    Same problem here. Also using WPRocket if that helps.

    Just discovered that the conflict was with “Email Cart for WooCommerce” plugin, FYI.
    Haven’t found a solution yet. Deactivated the plugin meanwhile and checking that.

    Awesome! I am using “WP HTML Mail” Plugin and after I deactivated it, it seems to work now.
    Haven’t also found a solution so far, but i am going to get in touch with the developer.

    fyi: Issue has been solved after update of WP HTML – WooCommerce Customizer. Thank you very much for your help on this.

    Having the same issue, but I don’t have the other plugins mentioned: add-to-cart is working in 3.1.2, but is not on 3.2.0 and later.

    Ajax widgets seems to update at first but then id refreshing to empty, cart page is empty as well.

    Result is I can’t update WC.. ??
