Some background info. I am not a web developer but I did create the site myself just using some common sense and google.

Whenever I see that there are plugin updates available, I always update them right away (fearing if I don’t I could run into problems).

I didn’t have this problem when I first created the site, so maybe one of the updates triggered it? Should I not install updates right away?

Hi @hallorjo,

I took a look at your site, and it looks like something is conflicting with WooCommerce, so performaing a full conflict test is in order.

Since you’re already running the Storefront theme, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce (including that “Must use” plugin” and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

How do I perform a conflict test? Is there a how-to or link to a page you could provide?

Also, if I’m still having issues is there any consultants that you can recommend to fix the issue for me? I would be willing to pay someone to help me fix.

Also worth mentioning that this is only happening to some customers, not all. Maybe 15-20% of customers run into this issue. I myself have not been able to replicate the issue on my end.

Since that is the case, I really won’t know if it’s working until I hear back from a customer that takes the time to send an email and let me know their cart isn’t working.

Any other ideas?
