• I have installed and configured the plugin per the instructions and it seems like it is mostly working, but there are some missing pieces in the google analytics data. I can see from prior issues here that when someone has a problem like this, you are looking at their site and telling them what to fix for their site. I think it would be more useful for me and perhaps future others, if you could tell me what you are looking at to determine what to fix so I can understand it myself and fix it again in the future if, for example, I make changes to the shopping and checkout flow on my site.

    Here is an image of the Shopping Behavior Analysis. Why are there zero sessions with Check-Out? How is that tracked and what can I look for to determine why it is not being tracked in our case?

    Here is an image of the Checkout Behavior Analysis. Nothing is being tracked with the suggested labels: “Checkout View”, “Billing Info”, “Proceed to payment”. What do those suggested labels actually correspond to in your code? I can read javascript code if you will tell me where to look and what to look for and then I (and others) can understand how to fix the issue for my specific situation.

    Hi,

    We generally check if the required Enhanced Ecommerce events are firing well on your store using omnibug.

    We’re not sure why its not working for your store & hence would it be possible for you to share with us your store url?

    I have many plugins installed on that site. I don’t know whether any of them affect the checkout. The site is customized in various ways. This is why I am more interested in understanding how your plugin works and how one would go about diagnosing a problem so I could try to make it work with my setup.

    Can you tell me what event is supposed to fire, and/or what function in your plugin corresponds with the empty “Sessions with Checkout” column in my first screenshot?
