shopping for registered clients only

I have a wholesale business selling swimwear. I want my catalog page to be viewed by anyone who enters the site so they can see what products we offer and get information about our brand. I want only accepted clients that I personally issue a login to be able to view prices in the catalog and make purchases once they are logged in. Is there a plugin for Woocommerce that will allow me to issue logins and only offer pricing and purchasing options to those clients when the login?

I am finding many forums with similar questions but not one that is specific to my needs.
