Shoptimizer Child Theme – Navigation and Footer

I am using the Shoptimizer Child Theme on my website, and as of yesterday my navigation and footer no longer span the whole width of the browser window. It looks like they are getting cut off by something. It happens on every single page.

I’ve already set my global width to full width (no heading). No matter what I try, I can’t seem to get it to extend fully across the browser. The images within the sections all extend correctly, but the navigation and footer don’t.

Please note this is visible in 1920 x 1200 display resolution.
