    Hi there, I upgraded to version 4.0.4 (rebranded in ShopWP). When I try to sync products, the process gets stuck at 83%. No Javascript errors anywhere, the list of products is correct but clicking on a specific product (https://forbes.it/products/bfc-books-lets-digitalize/) opens an empty page with a label “No results”.
    I contacted you weeks ago, also posted on Slack channel, no reply received.
    Please have a look at this, otherwise the plugin is useless and I am afraid I will ask for a refund.

    Hey everyone,

    If you’ve updated to the new 4.0 version, you’ll need to disconnect your Shopify store (under the connect tab) and reconnect using the new connection process. Once the store is reconnected, follow the below steps:

    1. Go into the plugin settings and open the syncing section
    2. Under “Selective Sync”, ensure that collections is not checked. Products should be the only thing checked.
    3. Change the “Items per request” setting to 50.
    4. Go to the Sync tab and use the Clear Cache button.
    5. Trying resyncing again

    Let me know if this doesn’t help!

    Hi Andrew,
    unfortunately I had to uninstall the plugin, I can no longer test this issue. If anyone else can confirm this solution, I will mark it as resolved.

    This workaround did fix it for us.
