Shorcodes disappear

    Hi, I have this problem: I normally enter shortcodes and for a while they work correctly. After a few hours … they disappear!
    For example, I worked on the site yesterday afternoon, everything ok, everything saved; after a couple of hours everything is ok.
    I went back now and there is nothing left.
    It had happened to me a few days ago but I thought I had made mistakes, so I did the job again. But now again! Why? What can I do?
    I use the One Page Express theme.

    Hi, I created the test page on Friday, I put several shorcodes and today they are still there, they have not disappeared.

    We have checked the page its working fine see https://prntscr.com/s3ch3r
    in our plugin, there is no such code in the plugin that disappears the popup.

    sure, that’s the test page and it works there. It is on the main site that it doesn’t work.
    The site is blue-lighthouse.org and the popups that disappear are under the heading CORSI MICROSOFT Link

    The shorcodes are the same as on the test page, only that they work on the test page and disappear on the main page. Is it clearer now?

    May be due to some other plugin conflict on this page where shortcode disappear..
    You need to test this by deactivating each plugin one by one..

    We where only able to help you if this plugin was even not working in the test page.

    Hi,
    in recent weeks I have done what you told me: I deactivated all the plugins and I reactivated them one at a time, one every two days. I have not had any more problems. Today, however, I created a new shortcode for a new popup and, again, all the old shortcodes and popups are gone!
    So the problem is not conflict with other plugins. What can it be?

    Even today, if I make a change (for example I add a shorcode) all the previous work disappears! All previous shortcodes!
