Shorrt page like a pop up

Hello iam thinking about buying your plugin in Pro :
But i have a question, is it possible to put only on mobile just for the first page of the website (when you connect to the website) a simple page (who will be in fact a short page of my actual homepage) with no menu in top bar, and at the bottom a button to go the normal website.Then you can naviguate normally on the actual website (like you normally do on the computer).

So it means that the “short page” will be showed on mobile only at the beginning and after of you go to the normal website it will never showed after (for exemple if after you clik on the menu on “home” you see the normal homepage)

is it possible ? thanks by advance
