If your referring to the KB Main page, you need to use this shortcode:
[epkb-knowledge-base id=1]
This shortcode will allow you to use the KB main page as a FAQ. Then you can configure the Knowledge base to use your Frequently asked questions in any manner you please.

If you want a single column layout you can set that in the KB configuration settings.
