Short code box is blank

    When I am editing a page, and use the “insert” shortcode icon in the editing menu, all of the dioulgue boxes appear blank, there is nothing.

    I tried both Safari and Chrome to no avail.

    New WordPress install, 6.0.2 on a Godaddy WordPress server, running Customify theme

    Any advice?

    Dud you try to install also Classic Editor?

    Yes, I always install Classic Editor. Guetenburg is the worst possible invention of all time!

    Then there should be w conflict with a plugin or even with your theme. Please try a “default” theme luke Rookie or TwentyTwenty.

    Is it possible it’s an issue when running on Godaddy’s “staging” mode, I have not assigned the domain name yet but I did connect your license key and everything else is working as it should, great plug-in by the way!
