    The short code did not work in a post in the free version, nor did the album show any pictures. After a lot of research, I finally got the free version of Gallery Bank off my site without access to an uninstall button (bad), and deactivated it. I paid my $8, loaded the “pro” version of Gallery Bank, and was at least able to create an album. The short code still does not work in a post.

    Gallery Bank’s tech support worked great on my short code problem, which really wasn’t the problem. I was uploading photos into the description area instead of scrolling deeper down the page to the “upload now” tab. Thanks, Gallery Bank. Things are working great now.
