Short Code does not work?

  • Hello,

    this looks like an awesome plug-in which does exactly what we want.

    However, after setting everything up, Authorize.net account etc etc:

    the shortcode will not trigger the form?
    It shows as text instead:

    [Show Church Donation Form]

    I made sure it is not obfuscated, and also entered it in text mode, instead of visual – but no change.

    Any ideas?

    We use many other plug-ins with shortcodes on the site, and they all work just fine.

    Thanks for that piece of information!

    I copied other shortcodes on the same page, and they work without a flaw .. it must be something specific with this plug-in.

    I hope the author responds! ??

    Sorry for late reply and thank you for using this plugin.

    Yes, there was a problem with short code with latest WordPress release. The reason was that new version of WordPress is not allowing short code with spaces in between. You can not use this shortcode:

    [Show_Church_Donation_Form]

    I’ve made changes in the plugin and made it live, you can now update the plugin from your WP admin panel.

    In case plugin does not show update option for this plugin in plugin listing page then please go to Dashboard and you can find one option to update plugins on Dashboard. Also this plugin will have notification to update plugin there.

    More, if still that not work then you can reinstall the plugin. (Please do take a backup first if you plan to reinstall plugin)
