short code for region AND tag

I would like to be able to list jobs by region and tag (https://wpjobmanager.com/document/job-tags/)
For example:
[jobs_by_tag selected_region=75 tag=”Concrete”]selected_region is ignored.
How can I do that?
It would also work if I could use:
[jobs selected_region=75 tag=”Concrete”]
but that would be something to implement in Job Tags plugin.
