Short code [jobs] on index.php not working

I disabled all other plugins, still nothing. I then tried to change from Divi to another theme and got that old “Cheatin’, uh?” message. Seems like Elegant Themes doesn’t play nicely with other themes once you install it as I won’t let me go back.

You mentioned before that the scripts weren’t being loaded. Where would I be looking in the HTML to find where they should appear?

If the plugin was loaded, you would see a CSS file in your site header with ID “wp-job-manager-frontend-css”
