Short Code not posting pics from "non-page" named submissions

Testing your short code and finding that we have two people posting to the facebook page. One is posting as the page name, but the other is posting using his personal FB name (but he’s also an editor to the page. Their message image is broken.

Is there a way where both posters can show their posts?
