short code not rendering

I’m using audio igniter shortcode to insert in the wordpress post editor of Tutor LMS. This is a private course so I cannot give you a link to the page. Basically, when I click on a page the media player disappears and requires that I refresh my page every single time I go to a new page with the player at which point it appears. When I reached out to support this is what they said:

Content at first is generated by ajax, thus no shortcode (any) is rendering. Please open a ticket to the plugin developers if they actually support shortcode loading via AJAX.

AJAX content loads dynamically so shortcodes are not populated, while when refreshing everything works fine, since they are loading content as usual.
