Thanks for your post, Currently we are not supporting shortcode but we have added this to our feature request queue.
Rating configuration for user comments is already in place.

thanks for you response, it could be good to add ability to add stars to a specified comment fom too

sorry for my english, but could you have this :

when we rate a parameter on mouse over on the star nothing is moving, so user don’t understand they can rate and don’t see if the choose the 5, 4 or other vote
it could be good on mouse over the star change of color, to understand the rate we will do
