Short code usage with tags

I found a question in support which allowed pulling up an event using short code. I recreated it and it worked fine.
I’m curious as to whether you could do the same and pull up a list based on the tag mentioned.
This was the short code used in the original example.

[event event=”5″]
#_EVENTNAME ..etc…
#_BOOKINGFORM
[/event]
